Our Story

Evergreen Management was founded in 2018 as a family business. Stefan and his wife Brooke started by short-term renting and managing their first family home on the Boise Bench after they relocated just a few doors down. They organized the cleanings, booking calendar, guest relations, and home maintenance for the property. Soon after, they added a family vacation home in Washington. A friend took notice of their of their attention to detail and asked if they would consider managing additional properties. Just like that, Evergreen Management was born. We have since become a thriving property management company, assisting homeowners with all of their short-term rental needs.

Stefan is the person you will primarily communicate with throughout your journey with Evergreen Management. He thrives at maintaining relationships, customer service, and is always looking for ways to expand or improve the business. He is also a licensed agent and has experience with extensive home remodels and real estate development. When it comes to maintenance, Kip is your resource. He has extensive experience with large scale remodels and takes pride in a job well done. In addition to maintenance big or small, Kip also coordinates the cleaning and stocking of your listing. We have worked hard to find quality cleaning partners and we trust them to do great work, but we don't leave it at that. Kip will act as quality control for your property, meaning physically visiting periodically to make sure everything meets the Evergreen standard of excellence.
